“We are one, all connected by a quantum field, being the best version of ourselves is the way to help humanity.”
– Veronique, FreeYourMind Bali
Could you be happier? This is the first question Veronique, a Quantum Healer based in Bali, asks her clients. Not only patients looking for a form of therapy, but also those who want to shift the subconscious beliefs controlling their mind and attempt emotional healing via quantum energetics.
Does this sound too pseudoscientific to you? Try to answer her question before deciding that; I think most of us would say yes, in some way, small or impactful, we could be happier. But how? And does being unhappy mean we all need therapy and healing? Not necessarily, but sometimes a little guidance with controlling our thoughts goes a long way.
As a form of emotional ‘coaching’, Veronique’s practice also asks these questions:
Do you feel you have emotional fog or is your mind in a negative spiral?
Are you addicted to unworthiness?
Affected by your past?
Having difficulty trusting life?
Continuously in negative self-talk?
Feeling unlovable, unseen, unsupported, powerless?
If you answered yes to any of these, then quantum healing may be worth exploring. Some experts and healers say one hour of quantum healing is the same as 150 hours of meditation, a healing process from heart to cells in a rapid transformation. But what is it exactly? And how does it heal you?
In simple terms, the concept of quantum healing has intrigued those seeking alternative approaches to wellness. Rooted in the idea that our bodies are not just biological machines but dynamic fields of energy, quantum healing suggests that true health comes from tapping into the deeper, unseen layers of consciousness. Inspired by quantum physics – the science that tells us everything in the universe is made up of energy, including us – some researchers and healers believe that if our bodies are just complex energy systems, then shifting the energy (through thoughts, emotions, intentions) can help restore balance and heal disease.
How does it work? Quantum healing is a mind-body approach that often involves practices like meditation, visualization, breathwork, and energy healing techniques. The goal is to tap into your body’s natural ability to heal — by creating the right “energetic environment” inside you. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s magic or witchcraft, it’s more about tapping into a deeper part of ourselves we usually ignore. Whether you’re deep into spiritual practices or just curious about the mind-body connection, quantum healing offers a doorway into a whole new way of thinking about wellness.
Free Your Mind – Case Study
Before visiting Bali, I had never heard of Quantum Healing. Offered as a “unique healing session combining science and spirituality,” I was curious. Having lost my mother a few months previously, I was still in the depths of grieving in a way that I couldn’t comprehend, and along with various health issues, any kind of healing at that stage was welcomed.
In a serene room overlooking lotus gardens and stone Buddhas, I met Veronique—a former corporate executive turned surfer, yogi, jeweler, and now Quantum Healer. Her calm energy immediately put me at ease. She began with a simple but profound question: If you had a magic wand, what would you change about your life? “Inner peace,” I answered, though a flood of other desires quickly followed. I quickly realise that just the practice of sitting with someone in a quiet room who is actively listening to you is healing in itself.
We started with a pendulum exercise, an attempt to tap into my inner energy by affirming my name, to try to feel the energetic pull that comes with making gut decisions (indecision being one of my biggest issues). I felt nothing at first, but Veronique assured me we’d try again later.
Lying down, I entered a state similar to Reiki – her hands hovering over me as we began the “quantum” session. In that dreamlike haze, we traveled back to my childhood, a common therapy technique to help you heal your inner child. The visions were strong and the emotions surfaced vividly, offering a depth of healing I doubt I’d have reached through traditional therapy alone.
At one point, Veronique asked for permission to “deconstruct and de-create” subconscious patterns she’d sensed. Though it sounded jarring, I agreed. Healing, I realized, often demands destruction before reconstruction. Each time I consented, it felt like something heavy was being dismantled deep inside me—not surface self-help, but raw and real work.
Unlike other therapies where you’re encouraged to endlessly process and reflect, this felt complete. Like lifting buried emotions to the surface and letting them be carried away. What seemed most effective during this session was how Veronique performed ‘the undoing’, intuitively spotted my limiting beliefs and, with hypnotic precision, helped reset them—building a new narrative of hope instead of fear. I left the session feeling lighter, tingling, and exhausted.
We redid the pendulum exercise: this time, my body responded instinctively, jolting forward at the sound of my own name—my energy finally speaking for itself.
Quantum healers say an hour of this work can equal 150 hours of meditation. I believe it. I left that day knowing I had touched a deeper level of healing, and a more peaceful sense of grieving, something both unsettling and exhilarating. And I can’t wait to experience it again.

Is Quantum Healing for you?
From my experience, this type of healing is for people who may feel reluctant about the type of therapy or mindfulness that has been overtaken by consumerism (with journals we can buy and meditation we can sell, for example). This kind of ‘energy’ healing is physical, mental and spiritual, and taps into different forms of you that have been affected. It’s about being honest about what works for you and not going with what you’re being fed, a raw, authentic opportunity where you’re not really in control of your thoughts and visions that occur during the process.
Quantum healing invites us to think differently about what’s possible. It’s not about ditching traditional medicine — it’s about adding another layer to the way we care for ourselves.
Whether you’re a full believer, a healthy skeptic, or somewhere in between, one thing’s for certain: the mind and body are more connected than we ever realized. And tapping into that connection might just be the missing piece we’ve been looking for.
