For best results take 2 capsules daily in the morning, increasing to 3 over the course of four weeks, for optimal effect.
Research has shown that adaptogenic supplements can be more effective if taken with small breaks. For this reason, we suggest taking the full course (one pot of 90 capsules) then leaving it a week before beginning your next course.
When using the Adaptogenic Skin Supplement for the first time you can expect to see and feel improvements in just 2 weeks.

Our jar is fully biodegradable and leaves no trace of microplastics behind. Made from waste wood chips from industrial side streams and natural biomaterials, our jars are also a great size for handy re-use, and brilliant for organising smaller items in drawers or cupboards.
